Learn to ask the questions that reveal what's really going on — and what to do about it
You sense there's more going on than what's being said.
and want to cut through the noise
You sense there's more going on than what's being said.
In meetings, you notice the real issue isn't on the agenda. In teams, you see patterns repeating despite everyone's best efforts. In coaching sessions, clients keep circling back to the same stuck point.
You've tried the usual approaches — more analysis, better frameworks, clearer communication. But complexity doesn't yield to logic alone. The harder you push, the more the system pushes back.
What if you could cut through the noise with a single question?
Use questions to break through old patterns
and let questions do the work for you
With Moving Questions, you gain a powerful tool to break through old patterns and find new solutions.
Whether you want to grow as a leader, help your team move forward, or gain clarity in your personal life, these questions invite you to look beyond the obvious and discover new possibilities.
Moving Questions transform complexity into clarity.
They're not clever tricks or manipulative techniques. They're precise instruments that reveal what's actually happening in a system — so you can work with reality instead of against it.
In 8 sessions, you'll master the skill of asking questions that create movement where there was stuckness.

"This isn't about being clever or analytical —
it's about developing a fundamentally different way of seeing that allows you to work with the actual forces at play rather than the apparent ones."
Siets Bakker
Siets Bakker is the founder of Moving Questions, originally developed as 'Rake Vragen' in the Netherlands. She was inspired by systemic work and recognized the need for deeper, more meaningful questions in professional and personal settings. Since its inception, the method has focused on bringing genuine movement to situations that feel stuck, rather than offering quick fixes or standard solutions.
With over 20 years of experience as a consultant and manager, Siets has guided numerous executive boards and management teams through complex transformations and knows what she's talking about. She is a forerunner in the field of applied systemic work and a remarkable teacher!
Her mission: making the invisible dynamics in organizations visible — so you can work with them instead of against them.
what previous participants said about this course
Accessible and applicable
Siets has an extraordinary ability to make complex systemic concepts accessible and immediately applicable. Her questions don't just gather information—they create movement and possibility where there was once stagnation.
CEO - Eindhoven
Powerful
What I love most is how practical it is. No theory-heavy concepts I can't use. Just powerful questions that immediately reveal what's really happening. I use them in board meetings, team sessions, even in my personal relationships.
Managing director - Antwerp
Resolved!
After learning Moving Questions, I asked one question about what the conflict was protecting, and suddenly everything clicked. We resolved a three-month standoff in one meeting.
Teamlead - Copenhagen
X-ray vision
The most valuable part wasn't just learning the questions—it was developing the ability to see systems in action. I can now predict which interventions will work before trying them. It's like having x-ray vision for organizational dynamics.
Management consultant - Amsterdam
Results never thought possible
I was skeptical about another coaching methodology, but Moving Questions is different. It's not about having the right answers—it's about accessing a completely different level of information. My clients are getting results they never thought possible.
Executive coach - London
Extraordinary teacher
Honestly I forgot how much fun learning can be, even online learning. I never expected to enjoy it so much. Siets is an inspiring teacher, never experienced such quality online before.
